!!! YOU MUST COME TO APPT WITH CLEAN LASHES, IF LASHES ARE NOT CLEAN, I WILL ASK THAT YOU RESCHEDULE FOR A REMOVAL AND FULL SET MUST BE APPLIED AS THIS PRACTICE SANATATION & PROMOTE HEALTHY LASHES.!!! (FREE OF BUILD UP, MAKE-UP, ECT).
If you are sick or having any COVID-19 symptoms, PLEASE stay at home.
No Extra Guest are allowed at the time of appointment due to COVID-19.
DEPOSITS are required for any services offered. The amount of deposit will vary depending on the actual service you book. All deposits will apply to service at time of rendered.
You will not receive a fill if you show up to your lash appointment with less than 50 percentage of lashes on each eye. (Price may change depending on the condition of eye).
Please select proper services when booking your appt, as I may have multiple appts scheduled in that day, (for example if you had services 2 weeks prior, schedule a 2-week appt, if it was 3 weeks prior schedule a 3-week appt) Lashes may require more work if they are not properly taken care of. Each service has a set allotted time.
CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULE APPTS: Requires a 24-hr. notice (or as soon as possible, if notice is given), so the appt can be rescheduled. The deposit will then be applied toward number of services at the time of the appointment. If I do not get a proper notification of cancellation, I have to right to keep deposits.
Deposit will only Transfer with 1 appt reschedules.
Late Arrival: There is only a 15 min grace period, and then appt will have to be rescheduled.
I DO NOT work over no one else’s work.
Forms of payment accepted: Debit/Credit, Cash, Cash App, Venmo, Pay Pal & Apple Pay.
All Credit Card transaction will be a $3 processing fee.
All NEW clients must complete a service form so please arrive 10 mins early.
